The Feb CTP is a CTP, not a Beta. However, the GUI parts do say it is Beta2. Probably because it was code split off for Beta2, but never got that far and they never changed the text. It is "called" Beta2 because it is labeled as "Beta2" in product title and setup program, but in fact it's Feb CTP.
